Job description

Responsibilities

CPM/COR's main responsibility is to conduct credit risk assessment of corporates in South-East Asia.

  • Assist credit analysts in reviewing financial statements and sustainability reports of clients
  • Help prepare credit reports with clear and well-articulated conclusions
  • Help prepare internal memos, complex org. charts and presentations as required
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data and provide clear summary
  • Complete assignments and projects within deadlines
  • Learn the bank’s credit processes, policies and systems through hands-on work and training sessions
  • Actively seek feedback and take initiative to improve skills and knowledge
  • Participate in the bank’s automation and simplification projects which include data collection, data entry and data checking
  • Assist credit analysts to follow-up with other departments for information requests and approvals, and develop dashboards to track their response
  • Assist in all departmental tasks
Profile required
  • Graduates from Business, Finance or Accounting discipline
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and ratios
  • Strong analytical skills and attention-to-details skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organized, dependable and a team player
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to automate recurring reports and processes is a plus

This is a fixed term 12-month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full-time basis. In order to apply for the Trainee position please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of the Trainee contract.
