Job summary

GATES PCM CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a Station Supervisory Lead to oversee Station Supervisors and authorize safe movements within the Defined Area. You will coordinate daily track access records and ensure routes are prepared prior to any train movement.

The role requires a diploma in engineering or equivalent, with at least five years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven leadership of a Supervisor/Operator team. Excellent reporting and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or GCE A-Level with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent, subject to approval.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of weekly reporting.
• Ability to lead and manage Supervisors and Operators.

Responsibilities

• Manage Station Supervisors and regulate their conduct.
• Update track access book-ins and book-outs on a daily basis.
• Ensure routes are set and secured before authorising movements.
• Implement workplace safety within the Defined Area.
