Job summary

KIM SOON LEE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dependable driver with a Class 4/5 license to manage container and cargo deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and vehicle upkeep.

You will handle delivery notes, pick up orders, and work with the traffic control team to maintain timely operations. Responsibilities include timely collection and delivery, checking documentation, endorsing customs permits when required, and reporting any cargo or vehicle issues while adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

• Possess Class 4/5 license.
• Preferably experienced in Prime Mover driving experience.

• Ensuring accuracy on job performance
• Container and loose cargo delivery
• Ensuring timely collection and delivery of containers and cargoes
• Ensuring proper documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
• Reporting to traffic control team
• Timely arrival for all delivery jobs
• To check and confirm the documentation e.g. delivery notes, pick up orders etc
• Endorsing of permits at customs checkpoint if require
• Vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
• Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accident
• Check, tally and proper handling of cargoes
• Proper handling of company assets and equipment
• Report any cargo discrepancy during course of work
• Adhere to safety requirements while on the job
• Any other duties as per assigned by superior
