Job description

Manage Fleet of heavy vehicles activities to fulfill customers’ delivery requirement.
Plan and allocation/deployment of drivers and vehicles and update Transport System.
Strategically deploy drivers, ensuring optimal roster arrangements and transport utilization.
Manage and review schedules & routing to ensure drivers meet daily jobs in accordance with customer’s requirements.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager regarding safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on drivers/contractors’ performance.
Troubleshoot any issues during delivery that the team faces.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.
