A leading company in the energy industry is seeking a candidate for a trading support role in Singapore. Responsibilities include handling trading documents, funding arrangements with banks, and conducting research on LNG products, while requiring proficiency in Office applications and strong communication skills.
- Responsibilities for trading support
- Handling general commodity Trading shipping documents . Documentations of trading contract
- LC, sales billing, etc on SAP(ERP). - Processing of daily funding arrangement with bank and Korea HQ using SAP(ERP)
- Support process of trading contracts and managing daily/monthly trading records and P&L.
- Research on new products, customer/supplier and new business in Energy industry(LNG)
- Having regular business meeting with trader/supplier/customer and write down related meeting minute.
- Able to multi-task
[Qualifications]
- Fluency in PC skills including MS office
- Word, MS outlook, PPT and Excel
- Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Communication skills with positive attitude
