Summary:
Perform under limited supervision trading support activities, such as documentation, billing and trading reports and controls in a timely, as established by the contract and trader, achieving high quality and time standards.
Description:
Support the trading activities including billing, documentations and reporting.
Manage invoices, payments and trading documentations.
Works closely with Traders and relevant departments on trade terms as per contract.
Liaise with clients/suppliers on billing matters
Update and register deals and data in relevant systems and databases in timely fashion and ensure that adequate records are kept to meet the company’s legal and fiscal obligations.
Contributes to the improvement of internal work processes.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role. Experience in oil /commodity trading firm will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, and thoroughness and accuracy in work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent and able to perform with minimum supervision.
Good Organization skills
Knowledge in SAP is will be an advantage.
