As an Analyst in Automated Trading Strategies within the ATS group, you will focus on Rate markets, leveraging your quantitative skills to enhance our trading systems. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team, contributing to the design and implementation of proprietary models that optimize client liquidity and manage risk. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and success of our trading operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets and develop enhancements to existing pricing and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to test hypotheses and evaluate models
  • Implement research ideas into production systems
  • Maintain and improve the group’s trading software systems and tools
  • Resolve day-to-day trading issues
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or other quantitative fields
  • 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Ability to demonstrate high-quality original quantitative research
  • Strong engineering skills to convert research into production
  • Attention to detail, adaptable, driven, and collaborative
  • Demonstrated interest in markets and systematic trading
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of statistics; machine learning
