Job summary

TechEmerge Solutions in Singapore is seeking an experienced Java-focused software engineer to deliver applications, enhancements, and change requests for electronic trading platforms. You will develop Java-based applications, services, and integrations, and contribute to automation and tooling.

Responsibilities include onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, production readiness, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development and application support experience.
• Strong Java development experience.
• Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.
• Shell scripting (Bash, Korn Shell, Python, etc.).
• Experience with distributed, scalable, high-throughput applications.
• Performance tuning and optimization.
• Production support and root cause analysis.
• SQL and relational database knowledge.
• CI/CD pipeline and release management experience.
