As a Trading Operator, you will be at the centre of trade execution, ensuring smooth coordination between traders, counterparties, shipping agents, and terminals. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value trades in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for external stakeholders to ensure timely product loading and delivery.
• Manage invoice preparation, verification, and payment processing.
• Update and maintain operational data in the trading system for reporting purposes.
• Communicate cargo nominations promptly and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Traders, Shipping, Legal, Finance, etc.) for smooth operations.
• Oversee daily operations related to contracts, payment security, insurance, and agency appointments.
• Implement trading operations for spot and term contracts.
• Ensure efficient trade finance and billing activities.
• Build strong relationships with counterparties and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Shipping, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of direct relevant experience in gasoline operations.
• Ability to handle incomplete information and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.
• Strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency.
