Trading Operations Executive

8Hexa Financial is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Trading Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the trading operations function, ensuring efficient and risk-controlled trading activities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for overall client support in Remittance Solutions for the International Market.
  2. Maintain professional and effective working relationships with clients.
  3. Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, clients and partners.
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to client’s needs and objectives.
  5. Deliver exceptional client services on a day-to-day basis.
  6. Execution of transactions and trades based on client’s needs.
  7. Seek referrals from existing clients and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and grow remittance solutions business.
  9. Involve in new client onboarding process.
  10. Conduct meetings with existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  11. Recognise and anticipate triggers based on client behaviour to engage with clients who request to terminate/downgrade relationship.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 year working experience in cross-border payment/remittance industry/FX industry/DPT industry.
  3. Entrepreneurial and able to work in fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders.
  4. Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates).
Desirable Skills:

Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry.
