A leading company in the steel industry seeks a Trade Documentation Coordinator to assist with invoicing, order processing, and compliance documentation. This role welcomes entry-level candidates and offers full training, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their careers in trade finance.
Job Responsibilities:
· Arranging and issuing the invoice/credit notes/debit notes to the suppliers
· Coordinating with different Traders and Trade Executives on orders processing and providing trade documentation support
· Drafting/preparing and providing administrative support relating to all the Export/Import Documentation and LC Documentation.
· Working closely with Trade Finance officer to provide support with monthly and weekly accounts and trade reports
· Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum a Degree and above in a relevant discipline
· Knowledge of Trading terms and Busniess Documentations
· Entry level is welcomed, full training provided.
· Positive attitude and ability to coordinate timely and accurately
Others:
· Ability to multitask and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
· 5 days’ work
· An effective communicator and good in both spoken English and Chinese
