Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate, preferably in Banking & Finance.
• At least 1-3 years of trade operations experience.
• Ability to manage daily operations with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can work effectively in a team setting.
• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications.
• Resilient and flexible in challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Process daily trade transactions within service level agreements.
• Perform pre-processing review of customers' submissions and conduct documentary checks.
• Ensure regulatory, bank policies, guidelines and compliance requirements are followed.
• Complete daily reconciliation activities and prepare reports for stakeholders and/or customers.
• Liaise with clients on transaction statuses and address queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and other projects as allocated.
