Job summary

Stanley Gibbons Baldwin’s in Singapore seeks a Trading Card Specialist & Administrator to drive the trading card category, win consignments, and expand the local market while coordinating cataloguing and administrative support for sellers and buyers pre- and post-auction.

You will build a network of consignors, attend fairs, manage listings, and work with our London Entertainment team, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the legal right to work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in buying, selling, valuing or consigning trading cards or similar collectables.
• Established network of collectors, dealers and consignors in Singapore/Asia Pacific.
• Knowledge of industry-standard grading.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with computer basics (Excel/Word).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and win consignments of trading cards across Singapore and APAC.
• Develop and grow the local market as the face of the category at events.
• Identify key buyers and sellers to drive bidding activity.
• Catalogue consigned items to high accuracy with condition notes and estimates.
• Provide administrative support including consignment paperwork and settlements.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Collaborate with the London-based Entertainment team.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required by management.
