Provide technical support to internal trading systems, including troubleshooting and identifying root causes and proactively improve solutions and enhancements.
Timely respond to alerts, queries and issues raised by trading teams and resolve the tickets in a timely manner.
Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading-related systems.
Liaise with other teams and continuously develop innovative ways to improve processes and procedures.
Assist with system automation projects.
Document detailed procedures, review and enhance existing technical documentation.
Who You Are
2+ years of trading infrastructure and application support experience.
Strong technical skills and interest in technologies such as Python & Linux.
Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure in a very fast-paced environment, and be able to adjust the priority of assignments on short notice.
