Trader Migration – Windows 11

We are s eeking an experienced professional with a strong background in trade floor IT support and endpoint migration, specifically for Windows 11 environments. This role involves direct trader support, migration execution, and project management within a high-pressure trading environment.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time IT support on the trading floor, including hardware/software/network troubleshooting.
• Assist traders during Windows 11 migration and upgrades.
• Lead end-to-end endpoint migration projects: planning, testing, deployment.
• Support and maintain trade floor applications (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
• Perform system imaging, updates, and software rollouts via SCCM, Intune, and Software Centre.
• Manage device enrollment, app deployment, and configuration in Microsoft Intune.
• Document processes, SOPs, and technical support material.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration, etc.).
• Track and report on project KPIs, SLAs, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Trade Floor Engineer or similar role.

Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM.

Familiarity with trade floor tools (Bloomberg, Reuters).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Project management experience is mandatory.

Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Project, and ITIL best practices.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic, project-based work environments.
