Trader Assistant (on desk) - Multi Strategy Hedge Fund - 250-350k total comp

One of the largest, highest performing hedge funds in the world is looking to hire a front office trader assistant - the current incumbent is progressing into a full-time trader role.

Sitting on the trading desk, the remit of the role is broad and includes:

1. Sourcing prices
2. Back up execution
3. Dealing with quant/tech teams on implementing strategies
4. Booking trades
5. Risk management
6. Hedging
7. Internal/external relationship management

The role would ideally suit someone with broad product knowledge from an investment bank, prop firm, or hedge fund who, alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, is also committed to growing their skills in Python & SQL.

The role is budgeted to pay a 250-350k SGD total compensation package in year one. Benefits at the fund are best in class, and the firm is willing to pay sign-on bonuses/guarantees to buy people out of any bonuses due.
