Trade Support Executive (Commodities, Rice)

Responsibilities:

• Send sales confirmations to suppliers and generate sales contracts.

• Coordinate contract signing with suppliers.

• Work with buyers and ad agencies to finalize order artwork.

• Follow up on advance payments and receivables.

• Plan shipments in coordination with supply teams and destination requirements.

• Assist traders in handling insurance and claims.

• Monitor and report buyer-side exposure and risks.

• Check stock positions in distribution markets.

• Review and coordinate warehouse agreements with traders.

• Manage sample movements between buyers and suppliers.

• Gather and analyze price, supply, and demand information across destinations.

• Support Traders and the Rice Head with trade flow analysis and monthly MIS reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and maintain complete documentation.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree from a business studies or any relevant field.

• Strong analytical skills, diligence, and ability to perform under pressure.

• Willingness to travel for business to Papua New Guinea for supplier engagement.
