Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and deliver accurate daily exposure reports for the Trading team.
· Communicate regularly with the Operations team to ensure trading information is up-to-date.
· Ensure all ETRM trade entries are accurately recorded for exposure and P&L analysis.
· Liaise with Middle and Back Office teams to verify and maintain data integrity.
· Assist traders with tender submissions and economic evaluations.
· Create, update, and manage critical spreadsheets and databases used by the Trading team.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
· Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
· Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
· Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
· Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel; programming skills are a plus.
· Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
· Prior experience in the oil & gas industry or in financial institutions is preferred.
· Minimum of a Diploma or higher qualification.
· 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
