Job description

Position: Trade Operations Executive (Dry Bulk)

Industry: Commodity Trading

Location: OUE Downtown

Salary Range: S$4,000 to S$6,000

Responsibilities:

• You will be mainly responsible for operations activities
• Handling L/C, full set shipping documentations
• Monitoring of payment from customers,
• Handling of internal system (SAP, NNFS) and timely entry into accounting system
• Monitoring of shipments related activities
• Assisting in contract negotiation, dispatch and demurrage negotiation

Requirements:

• Min 2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading industry, preferably with dry bulk trading experience
• Experience with metals product will have an advantage
• Familiar with bulk shipments
• Proficient with SAP
• Familiar with Incoterms, and L/C
