Job Description:

Position: Trade Operations Executive (Base Metals)

Industry: Commodity Trading

Location: OUE Downtown

Salary Range: S$5,000 to S$6,000

Responsibilities:

• You will be handling shipments related activities (documentations, shipping instructions)
• Handling of L/C related matters
• Liaising with customers on invoices and payments related matters
• Assisting Traders & Operations Manager in terms of demurrage, contracts matters and reports.
• Month-end closing into SAP system

Requirements:

• Min 2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading industry, preferably with bulk shipment experience
• Proficient in L/C, laytime calculations
• Knowledge in SAP will be preferred
• Knowledge in entries to Accounting system
