Responsibilities
  • Perform permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner, that is compliant and meet with both Customs requirements and customer requirements.
  • Liaison between the customer and data entry team to ensure timely response over calls & emails, and closure of jobs.
  • Preparations of monthly KPI / performance reports for customers
  • Preparation of SOPs for new shipments / accounts onboarded to GUUD
  • Assisting in Logistics support with tasks including but not limited to:
    • Import Breakbulk services
    • Preparations of Delivery orders and other trade documents
    • Preparations of reports for customers (daily/weekly/monthly)
    • Customer Service support for key customers
    • Handling and replying customer requests or clarifications via physical contact, email, phone or other means.

  • Must possess good communication skills and have basic knowledge in Microsoft office
