Job Summary: As Trade Operations Executive, the key responsibilities are to provide good customer service and meticulous administrative support to the Sales Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Acting as customer's first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics, product claims
Input, verify and confirm customer orders through Sales Order Creation
Responsible for full spectrum of Order Management including order entry, follow up customer's payments & Letter of Credit, broker's commission and shipment arrangements
Aggressively & Pro-actively monitor open orders, identify potential issues and take necessary actions that ensure delivery performance and KPls
Handle Customer's Complaint and follow up closely with QA for investigation result
Prepare & Submit L/C documents on time and monitor the transaction until payment receipt
