Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Store Upkeep and Visual Merchandising
- Responsible for planning and OTIF execution of all assigned activations, upholding the HQ/RHQ brand and execution guideline standards include planogram planning.
- Provide strategic input on new ideas and trends to innovate POSM plans, enhancing commercial effectiveness.
- Manage POP materials, including localization, production, execution and timely nationwide rollout.
- Monitor display and fixture conditions; coordinate maintenance through appointed agencies to resolve retail defects.
- Plan and coordinate with external agency to ensure timely and strong deployments, driving retail excellence and design thinking to enhance our competitiveness across the channels.
- Coordinate with partners on RDU purchase for deployment.
- Support in-mall advertising execution to drive brand engagement and increase launch awareness.
- Enforce retail execution standards:
- Excellent time management to ensure well executed deployments, accordingly to the timeline given.
- Briefing to vendors on display requirements.
- Manage shop requests and liaise with BA/ vendors on display rectification.
- Adequate catalogues replenishment and general upkeep.
Assets Management
- Track and manage all RDUs, fixture and endcap deployments.
- Ensure displays comply with HQ visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
Events and Activations
- Plan and execute all assigned activations in line with brand standards, including planogram planning and on-ground delivery.
- Monitor onsite setup and execution for events, roadshows and activations.
- Provide innovation-driven ideas to elevate POSM strategy and activation impact.
Digital Assets Management
- Manage digital assets execution for all Samsung-owned digital screens, adhering to HQ guidelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure on-time, high quality deployments, driving retail excellence and competitive advantage through design thinking.
Others
- Manage billing, invoicing and all related administrative processes.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience.
