Job description

Location: Suntec Tower

Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: S$6000 - S$7000

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the profitability and growth of the consumer business
  • Custodian to Brand management, Customer management & Shopper Management at channel & customer level and ensure synergies among them
  • Achieve high brand visibility and full distribution of portfolio of products in consumer business
  • Manage total trade spend in assigned accounts to target investment levels, analyses & improve ROI
  • Monitor promotional effectiveness, analyses ROI and adjust plans accordingly
  • Drive Trade Promotion & Activation, Category Management’s Design/POSM/Trade communication, Events, Promoters and Sampling
  • Work closely with Brand manager to bridge the product/brand messaging and education via primary packaging, trade communication via primary & secondary shelving POSM.
  • Develop, supervise and improve SOPs to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities
  • Coordinate communication on price, product, placement and pack changes including NPD launches. Ensure 4Ps is smoothly execute at channel & customer levels.
  • Custodian for supply forecast between (Top down & Bottom Up) Brand Manager and KAMs.
  • Custodian for Nielsen Database – data crunching for Nielsen – Operation.
  • Determine key tasks of sales team and monitor progress regularly

Requirement :

  • Degree in Business / Marketing related studies
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector managing a major customer/account with mix function in sales and marketing position.
  • Experience in trade operations and category development or marketing for at least 5 years in Modern Trade Channel
