Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop the Trade Marketing Strategy aimed at achieving specific business objectives across all product categories.
- Take ownership of the development, execution, and performance monitoring of programs designed to increase presence and off-take.
- Coordinate Trade Marketing Investments and ensure adherence to execution standards.
- Work with channel/segment managers to develop effective channel strategies and implement related plans.
- Manage and evaluate the ROI of trade promotions to maximize returns.
- Manage and coordinate the segment BTL (Below The Line) calendar and activities, aligning them with consumer engagement strategies.
- Participate in designing promotional materials and maintain communication with channel/segment managers to oversee promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide category and shopper insights to enhance performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects and initiatives within assigned channels in partnership with marketing.
- Ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing organizations regarding sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing and delivering new product availability plans.
