  • Assist and shadow the Senior Trade Manager in reporting, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making across SEA Southbound trade lanes including ISC and MEG.
  • Drive agency performance across SEA by using budget/target/customer specific tools to measure and manage volumes against targets and budgets at the country level.
  • Track agents’ sales plans vs actual liftings to ensure alignment with performance targets.
  • Ensure agency compliance in SEA and Australia with the Southbound Pricing Policy, driving consistent implementation across all markets.
  • Monitor market price trends and competitors activity to keep ANL pricing policies competitive.
  • Provide weekly reporting on Southbound cargo liftings, revenue, and contribution levels to validate the effectiveness of revenue-maximization strategies.
  • Oversee and control cargo costs, including local port charges, feeder and transshipment rates, to ensure maximum cost recovery.
  • Manage IT-related tasks linked to pricing and marketing, including updates to website schedules used as marketing tools (e.g., schedule accuracy, rates).
  • Take full responsibility for the timely preparation and distribution of all pricing-related reports and analyses.
  • Coordinate and finalize the Southbound Budget flows and Budget Sales Plan

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong numeracy skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills—with the ability to engage confidently with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Well-developed analytical thinking and sound judgment; capable of making informed decisions in ambiguous or complex scenarios.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline

Why Join CMA CGM?
