Setting of Minimum Rate Guidelines based on given market outlook to maximize revenue contribution.
Assist in planning and executing pricing strategies, analyzing and evaluating respective market trends, to react and ensure price and space strategies are communicated to agents/offices timely.
Handle ad-hoc rate requests from overseas agencies and offices.
Ensure the freight, surcharges, and filings are compliant with regional regulations.
Drive smart initiatives through good market intelligence and implement business procurement strategies and smart management to optimize slot cost.
Identify business partners and initiate cooperation with them for business expansion.
Evaluate performance in accordance with KPIs set and resolve issues.
Track and report key functional metrics on slots suppliers and slots exchange to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Responsible for the preparation of budget, meeting organizational targets, and monthly business performance reporting.
Participate in ad-hoc projects when required by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in logistics/supply chain and above.
At least 5-10 years of working experience in cross trade/feeder service-related functions.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to market dynamics.
