Job summary

Janus Henderson Global Investors is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to support the accurate and timely processing of the full trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes. You will focus on day-to-day operational execution, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trades align with controls and regulatory requirements.

The role spans Trade Affimation & Capture, Settlement & Cashflows, and Listed Trade Operations, offering exposure to more complex

Qualifications

• Trade operations lifecycle experience across affirmation, capture, settlement and cashflows.
• Knowledge of market utilities such as CTM, SWIFT, CLS, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess.
• Aladdin knowledge desirable.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management across departments and external partners.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade affirmation and capture activities across internal systems.
• Support settlement and cashflow processing for multiple asset classes.
• Monitor daily trade flows and ensure end-to-end processing accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, mismatches and cash discrepancies promptly.
• Escalate complex issues per defined procedures and maintain data quality.
• Liaise with traders, brokers, custodians and internal teams to support processing.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of trade operations.
