Crude Oil Industry

Responsibilities:

• Oversee trade finance operations, including letters of credit, trade finance facilities, and various financial instruments.
• Engage with banks and financial institutions to secure advantageous terms for trade transactions.
• Supervise finance documents to ensure adherence to stipulated terms and conditions.
• Handle documentation for trade finance transactions, such as letters of credit, bills of exchange, discounting, and shipping documents.
• Examine variances and trends to pinpoint potential cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
• Offer insights and recommendations to the CFO and management team based on financial analysis.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to international trade, finance, and shipping.
• Identify and manage financial risks linked to trade transactions, currency fluctuations, and market volatility.
• Manage bank relationships & current facilities & seek new banking lines.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of treasury/trade finance/trade operation experience in the Crude Oil industry.
