Position Overview

The Trade Documentation executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade processes. This position is responsible for securing required signatures from banks and internal departments, as well as providing essential trade support. The executive will work closely with the operations team to facilitate timely and accurate trade transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Handling: Transport documents between the bank and internal departments to secure necessary signatures and approvals.
  • Trade Support: Assist the trade operations team with various tasks, including document preparation, verification, and coordination.
  • Coordination: Liaise with banks, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documents are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the document handling process and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of document movements and statuses.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the trading or financial sector, is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
