Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive compliance professional to join a newly created role within a lean Legal & Compliance team in Singapore. You will work closely with front-office teams to ensure trade compliance across multiple asset classes and support surveillance, policy maintenance, and regulatory filings.

The ideal candidate is junior to mid-level, with up to 10 years' experience in compliance, legal, or company secretarial roles in financial services, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Law degree preferred.
• Up to 10 years' experience in compliance, legal or company secretarial roles within financial services.
• Exposure to trade compliance at hedge funds, asset managers or banks is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line trade compliance support to investment teams, working directly with PMs, analysts and traders.
• Carry out pre- and post-trade monitoring and support surveillance processes, escalating issues where needed.
• Help maintain compliance policies, restricted lists and related controls.
• Support regulatory filings and reporting across the firm's jurisdictions.
• Handle company secretarial work, including board and entity administration, statutory filings and corporate records.
• Provide general support to the legal function, including document management, contract administration and ad hoc legal assistance.
• Help deliver compliance training and awareness across the business.

This is a newly created role in a lean Legal & Compliance team, offering broad, hands-on exposure and the chance to develop alongside a growing business.
