About your role

As a Trade Activation Executive, you play a key role in bringing our brands to life at the point of purchase. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams, you support the planning and execution of shopper‑centric trade activation initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and conversion in retail environments.

This role contributes directly to strengthening our in‑store presence while ensuring seamless execution aligned with brand strategy and operational standards.

What You'll Do
  • Support the development and execution of shopper‑centric trade activation campaigns across retail channels.
  • Partner with retailers to design and implement in‑store activations, including product displays, POS materials, and digital signage.
  • Coordinate promotional activities such as in‑store sampling, giveaways, contests, and incentives to drive footfall and purchase.
  • Gather and analyze shopper insights, market trends, and campaign data to understand consumer behavior.
  • Track and monitor activation performance, including sales growth, shopper engagement, and ROI.
  • Prepare post‑activation analysis, reports, and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in budget tracking to ensure efficient use of trade marketing resources.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Ensure all in‑store executions comply with brand guidelines and operational standards.

What You need to be successful
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital or analytics tools is an added advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams as an individual contributor.
