Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Trade Accountant to manage various financial aspects across their product range. This role focuses on financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and preferred qualifications in ACCA, CA, or CPA.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounts / Finance or related disciplines is required.
• 3 to 5 years of related working experience are needed.
• ACCA / CA / CPA qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle financials including sales, purchases, and adjustments.
• Reconcile accounting ledgers to trading systems.
• Prepare statutory reports and conduct monthly reviews.

Job description

Trade Accountant, Up $7K + VB

Work Location: Millenia Tower

Responsibilities:

• Handling of company's various products' financials which includes sales, purchases, Cost of Goods sold, adjustments, reporting and analysis.
• Reconcile accounting to trading systems for accuracy of accounting ledger.
• Prepare accounting schedules and conduct monthly reviews of financial fluctuations for various products.
• Perform monthly closings to meet the deadline.
• Prepare statutory reports to company HQ.
• Perform accounting for paper deals by adopting hedge accounting.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors on accounting-related matters.
• Assist in ERP project related to accounting and reporting.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounts / Finance or related disciplines.
• ACCA / CA / CPA qualifications are highly preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of related working experience
• SAP S/4 Hana experience is highly preferred
