Job Responsibilities:
- Operate tower cranes (luffing jib/saddle jib) safely and efficiently to hoist and move materials around construction sites.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow approved lifting plans and site safety procedures at all times.
- Coordinate closely with lifting supervisors and signalmen to perform accurate lifts.
- Monitor crane performance and report any faults or safety issues immediately.
- Maintain proper records of crane operations and safety inspections.
- Work at height and in outdoor construction environments.
- Adhere to WSH regulations and safety standards in Singapore.
- Be alert and safety-conscious during crane operation.
- Willing to work overtime as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Tower Crane Operator License recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating luffing jib and/or saddle jib tower cranes.
- Good understanding of lifting plans, load charts, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to operate tower cranes safely and move materials around construction sites and able to work at heights.
- Familiar with Singapore's WSH regulations and site safety practices.
