Job Description
The Employee shall perform duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels to promote travel products and services.
- Manage and update the company’s official website and oversee e-commerce operations, including product listings, promotions, and customer experience.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and track performance to optimize ROI.
- Design and package new tourism products in collaboration with product and sales teams, including visual and content strategy.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms.
- Build and maintain partnerships with OTAs, social media influencers, and travel-related platforms.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and digital performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master in Marketing, Management , or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tourism marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of tourism market trends, marketing channels, and promotional techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing; capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in international tourism marketing or working with overseas markets is preferred.
