Tour Planning & Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with sales team in Japan in order to provide quick responses to their client.
2. Daily tour operation (e.g., hotel reservation, restaurant booking, coach and guide arrangement, etc.).
3. Liaise with suppliers and guides for the tour arrangement.

Requirements:

1. Diploma holder.
2. Japanese speaking is preferred.
3. Strong team-working skills with the ability to work independently.
4. Keen interest in developing a career in the tourism industry.
5. Pleasant personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
