This position will focus on designing, implementing, and governing the firm's Compensation & Benefits programs while ensuring alignment with the company's growth agenda and market competitiveness.

Our client is a successful and fast growing commodities trading company headquartered in Singapore with an international presence. To support its continued high growth, there is now a rare opportunity to join its group human resources team to develop its Total Rewards capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CPO, this is an exciting newly created role where you lead the design, implementation and governance of the firm's Compensation & Benefits programs, HR Analytics, as well as have oversight on Payroll. You will lead the review and calibration of compensation structures, benchmarking and calibration exercises to ensure competitiveness for attraction and retention of talent. You will identify, develop and implement strategic compensation programs which are market relevant to support the company's growth agenda as well as a communications strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / Compensation and Benefits, with exposure to the energy or commodities trading sectors, including front office reward dynamics on trading environments. You have experience managing global or regional rewards programs with strong knowledge of the regulatory environments in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, and ideally UK and US. You are highly numerate and analytical, with experience building financial models related to compensation and incentives. You are commercial, hands on, with strong analytical, senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
