Job description

Our client is a highly respected diversified conglomerate with a strong regional presence. They are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Total Rewards Lead to join their Human Capital leadership team.

Reporting to the CHRO, this is a leadership role that will require you to manage a small team and work with senior stakeholders. You will also be leading the implementation of AI tools for total rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Lead the design and governance of competitive and equitable reward programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Provide strategic advice to leadership on market trends, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity.
  • Drive reward-related communications to enhance transparency and employee engagement.
  • Lead the annual compensation review, incentive planning, and salary structure updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with strong exposure to regional markets.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills; comfortable interpreting and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Proven track record of having designed, developed, or reviewed C&B frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge HR best practices and understanding of key HR processes is key.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and fluid environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Able to drive towards clarity and unity of solutions to make things happen.
  • Experience in using AI tools for Total Rewards an advantage.
