Our client is a highly respected diversified conglomerate with a strong regional presence. They are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Total Rewards Lead to join their Human Capital leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Lead the design and governance of competitive and equitable reward programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on market trends, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity.
- Drive reward-related communications to enhance transparency and employee engagement.
- Lead the annual compensation review, incentive planning, and salary structure updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Human resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with strong exposure to regional markets.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills; comfortable interpreting and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Proven track record of having designed, developed, or reviewed C&B frameworks.
- Sound knowledge HR best practices and understanding of key HR processes is key.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and fluid environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Able to drive towards clarity and unity of solutions to make things happen.
