Job summary

QISHENG TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled technician to set up production tooling and unload for tool repair and preventive maintenance.

The role involves repairing and maintaining stamping dies to meet daily output and quality targets, and providing technical support to the production line to satisfy technical and quality requirements. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and adjust tooling on stamping machines, operate stamping press equipment, and perform changes

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Troubleshooting and adjustment of tooling
• Independence with minimal guidance
• Ability to perform overtime and shift work when required

Responsibilities

• Set up tooling for production and unload for tool repair and preventive maintenance
• Repair and maintain stamping dies to meet daily output and quality targets
• Provide technical support to production line to meet technical and quality requirements
• Troubleshoot and adjust tooling on stamping machines
• Operate stamping press equipment
• Change and set up production equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor/management

Job description

• We are located beside Joo Koon MRT Station
• Setting up tool for production and unload for tool repair & Preventive Maintenance.
• Repair and maintain stamping dies in order to meet production daily output and part quality.
• Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality requirements
• Trouble shooting and adjustment of tooling at stamping machine.
• Able to operate Stamping press equipment.
• Changing and setting up of production equipment.
• Able to measure stamped parts using precision measuring equipment like Tool Maker’s Microscope, Micrometer, Profile Projector and Smartscope.
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.
• Perform Over Time as and when required
• Perform shift work as and when required
