Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan à Singapour recherche un technicien spécialisé pour effectuer l'assemblage, la vérification et la maintenance d'outils. Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience dans un environnement de production manufacturière, notamment en mise en forme de métal et en poinçonnage. Ce rôle essentiel garantit le bon fonctionnement des lignes de production tout en proposant des améliorations pour l'efficacité des outils.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans un environnement de production manufacturière tel que la mise en forme ou le poinçonnage de métal.
• Capable de lire des dessins techniques.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer l'assemblage et le dépannage d'outils.
• Assurer la maintenance et le dépannage des outils pour soutenir la production.
• Fournir un soutien technique à la ligne de production.

Job description

• Work Day : 4 days work week

• Working Hours : Morning shift 7am to 7pm, Night shift 7pm to 7am

• Basic Salary: $2500-$3500

The Role:

• Perform assembly and debugging of press tools.

• Perform servicing and repair of tools to support production needs.

• Perform regular maintenance and trouble-shooting of existing tool to support production.

• Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality requirements.

• Monitor spares usage and highlight to Engineer when stock run low.

• Propose practical ideas to increase on performance & efficiency of tools.

• Any other duties assigned by superior and / or management.

What are we looking for?

• Experienced with manufacturing production working environment such as metal forming or metal stamping.

• Able to read technical drawings
