Responsibilities

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Set up & maintain tooling, dies system, and related equipment in manufacturing processes to ensure they function correctly. This includes inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, sharpening, stoning, lapping, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Candidates with hands-on knowledge of sensors, valves, actuators, and pumps are an added advantage.
• Proficient in fabricating jigs and fixtures using workshop machines such as grinders, bandsaws, drills, mills, and shaping machines.
• Candidates with arc and hot gas welding knowledge will have an added advantage. Leverage contractors & vendors for complex fabrication & qualification of tooling & dies.

Requirements

• Min. Nitec/Higher Nitec or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• At least 3 or more years of relevant working experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to communicate & work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Able to perform work in standard or rotation shifts.
