The Salesforce Epicor CPQ Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Epicor CPQ solution within Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with different departments, understanding their needs, designing CPQ solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of CPQ processes with our Salesforce CRM system.
You will lead the deployment and configuration of the Epicor CPQ solution within Salesforce, customizing features to align with business requirements such as pricing rules, product configurations, and quote templates. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating Epicor CPQ with other Salesforce modules and external systems, and optimizing CPQ processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in quoting, pricing, and configuration.
As a Salesforce Epicor CPQ Specialist, you will provide ongoing support for the CPQ system, addressing any issues or bugs that may arise. Collaborating with IT and other departments, you will troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related problems effectively. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for CPQ configurations, processes, and user guides will also be part of your responsibilities, along with conducting training sessions for end-users and offering support as required.
Your role will involve close collaboration with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that the CPQ solution aligns with business needs. Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, you will facilitate effective communication and project success.
