Job description

    As a Technical Support Specialist at Consolidated Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day technical support for the installation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft and Apple computing environments. You will play a crucial role in supporting IT operations, addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking, conducting remote troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and installing and supporting end-user devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation and SOPs, installing authorized software, ensuring patches and upgrades are applied, and administering Mac, Windows OS, and iOS/Android devices through MDM.To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a similar role. You should possess a working knowledge of office automation products, computer peripherals, and have experience with Windows, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, and Android environments. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are essential, along with experience in Jamf, Intune, Airwatch, or Kandji, and ticketing tools like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine.
