The primary focus of the role is to deliver analytics projects within the CCPL (Credit Cards and Personal Loans) Analytics team. You will be responsible for end-to-end analytics solution development, deployment, and performance assessment across the credit card customer lifecycle. The role requires working independently and collaborating closely with business partners to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideal candidates should have analytics experience, preferably in the credit card domain, with hands-on experience in P&L modeling and forecasting. Prior experience in various card customer lifecycle activities such as account management, balance build initiatives, spend engagement, rewards management, and retention strategies will be advantageous. The ability to synthesize large data volumes into insights and develop actionable strategies is essential.
You will regularly interact with business units, understand their goals, and act as an effective partner to devise strategies focused on customer analysis and performance to foster growth. The role requires self-drive, independence, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in analytical tools like SAS and SQL is mandatory, with additional skills in R, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI being beneficial.
The role also involves improving operational processes, managing risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and safeguarding data security through secure sharing practices. Understanding the regulatory environment and demonstrating alignment with the group's values and conduct standards are critical.
You will engage with key stakeholders across analytics, product, risk, and support functions at regional and global levels. The candidate should possess strong project management, communication, and people management skills.
