Reson8 Asia is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary full-time TikTok Strategist to revolutionize our team! We crave someone who lives and breathes innovation, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ mastery in video content production, specializing in the electrifying realm of TikTok. This role will be based in the Singapore office, but may also involve working with our teams in Thailand and Indonesia offices.

As a seasoned pro, your expertise in video production, editing, social media (especially short-form platforms), and the intricacies of the digital universe will be the rocket fuel for our success. You thrive in high-pressure situations, masterfully resolving challenges with diplomacy and unrivaled ingenuity. Your uncanny ability to craft irresistible and immersive content across diverse subjects will catapult us to the forefront of the TikTok revolution.

Responsibilities

  • Work on Reson8 marketing and client projects to support the Tiktok scope of work
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for TikTok, including videos, captions, hashtags, and more.
  • Strategise, plan and schedule content, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with our overall content strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and hashtags on TikTok, and incorporate them into video ideation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret the performance of TikTok content using TikTok’s analytics
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in TikTok’s algorithm, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including video, design, and content, to align TikTok efforts with our overall brand strategies.
  • Manage and identify TikTok influencers and content creators for client and internal projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of social media and content creation experience
  • A profound understanding of TikTok platform, trends, formats and execution. Passion for social media, trending topics, content.
  • Proficiency in filming on mobile devices, (DSLR a bonus) and editing video content using TikTok, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Positive, intuitive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
  • Based in Singapore office
  • Competitive salary of up to SGD5,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)
