About the team

Welcome to our Fashion team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impact on merchant growth by acquiring new sellers and helping them succeed on the platform, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily management of account managers and operations.
  • Assist the leader in defining and executing business development opportunities and category growth strategies.
  • Identify and analyze category data, perform gap analysis, and develop solutions.
  • Drive relevant category projects and improve seller/buyer experiences.
  • Develop partnerships by managing end-to-end collaborations, planning, executing, and maintaining category performance, including business model suggestions, creator affiliations, and partner education.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partner potential, drive brand growth, and promote livestream and short video adoption.
  • Navigate ambiguity, adapt to changes, and influence stakeholders to drive category decisions.
  • Decompose complex problems, devise new approaches, and create scalable solutions.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant categories, with strong networking skills with brands and large merchants.
  • Prior experience in team management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business development and/or strategy roles.
  • Experience in live-streaming is an advantage.
