About the team

Welcome to our Fashion team! In this role, you will contribute to the growth of merchants by acquiring new sellers and helping them succeed on the platform. You will also focus on delivering the best customer experience through excellent service.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the leader in defining and executing business development opportunities and category growth strategies.
  2. Identify and analyze category data, perform gap analysis, and develop solutions.
  3. Drive category-specific projects and enhance seller/buyer experience.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partner potential, drive brand growth, and promote livestream and short video adoption.
  5. Navigate ambiguity, adapt to changes, and influence stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  6. Decompose complex problems, devise innovative approaches, and create scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant categories with strong connections to brands and large merchants.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications
