Responsibilities

About the team As strategic partners for our Product Team, the team provides strategic support to multiple business lines to drive business growth by identifying strategic directions and initiatives through deep insights into both internal operations and the external market landscape. We are committed to becoming the most trustworthy strategy partner of business teams, empowering business growth at different stages of development. Responsibilities: 1. Act as the key strategic partner to identify opportunities for the product team's growth and drive creative and scalable improvements 2. Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth. 3. Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high-impact projects. 5. Provide solid support for business growth through internal and external research and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or analytics. - 4+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm with experience in consumer goods or tech industries. - Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools. - Demonstrated experience working with China and non-China markets in a business strategy or market entry role. - Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a social platform company or familiarity with the creator economy. - Experience in leading or contributing to multi-market growth strategies. - Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken for business strategy communications with external stakeholders. - Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
