TikTok Operations Manager

(US/SG Market) – Full-time / Part-time / Remote | Cross-border E-commerce – Nail Products

We are a cross-border e-commerce company focused on the US market, specialising in nail products such as press-on nails, solid gel polish, and nail polish remover. Our products are well-received by TikTok users.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to hire a TikTok Operations Manager (US Market) to lead our overall content strategy, TikTok Shop management, and ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations of our TikTok US account, including content planning, publishing, data analysis, and audience engagement.
  2. Oversee TikTok Shop US operations, including product listings, page optimisation, campaign participation, and order tracking.
  3. Independently manage TikTok advertising (TikTok Ads / GMV Max), creating and optimising paid strategies to improve ROI and conversion.
  4. Monitor and analyse performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness and ad efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in TikTok content operations, with a good understanding of platform mechanics and US audience preferences.
  • Experience operating a TikTok Shop, familiar with the backend and workflow.
  • Proficient in managing and executing TikTok Ads campaigns, with the ability to create and refine ad strategies independently.
  • Strong written and reading skills in English; understanding of US market trends and consumer behaviour is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and content-savvy.
